All Custom orders may take up to 1-2 weeks to be completed! Please be patient as we work as quickly as possible to get you the best-looking neat results!

Once your order is placed you will be contacted to discuss design details and submit any pictures!

Unfortunately, with the majority of our item being custom made to order we do not offer returns or refunds, but we will do everything to ensure you are satisfied with your order.

We welcome questions, concerns, and constructive feedback regarding your order.

All communication must remain respectful and professional. Disrespectful, demeaning, aggressive, or inappropriate language directed toward us or our work will not be tolerated.

If communication becomes disrespectful at any point, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately cancel the order
• Deny service without refund
• Refuse future service
